Extreme wind chills this morning.

This is a warning that extreme wind chill conditions are imminent or occurring in these regions. Monitor weather conditions..Listen for updated statements.

Bitterly cold temperatures and brisk winds will continue to produce extreme wind chill values below minus 40 this morning and tonight. Conditions are expected to improve Tuesday morning as temperatures rise.

At these extreme wind chill values frostbite on exposed skin may occur in less than 10 minutes.

很幸运的，不必在户外工作，行走或等车，所以不太感受到冷。

临出门，除了平常的上衣，我一定穿上一件毛衣，套上冬衣；长裤外面，再添一件长裤。然后是帽子，围巾，手套和靴子。这样就很暖和了。
